Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in an assistant or office management role
• Have a good commercial understanding and organizational skills,
• You enjoy dealing with people, have strong communication skills and a friendly and open manner
• Reliable team player
• Very good command of German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Your tasks:

• Support in investment projects and transactions, i.e., analysis and evaluation of incoming investment requests and business plans of potential new acquisitions and projects as well as contributions to due diligence topics and company valuations 
• Preparation of business plans and financial models in the context of due diligence and portfolio management 
• Support of the Investment Team in the management of the portfolio, e.g. by participating in strategic projects or in the development, implementation and evaluation of specific control models, key figure systems and reporting tools for individual portfolio companies 
• Support in preparation of analyses and presentations for the key stakeholders

Candidate profile 

Dynamic team player (m/f/d) with strong analytical skills, attention to details and a hands-on mentality.

We expect:

• Completed or nearly completed bachelor’s or master degree with major in business, engineering, or law 
• Excellent academic grades / credentials 
• Interest in green tech 
• Team player with excellent communication skills, an entrepreneuria l/ pragmatic mindset and the ability to understand complex issues quickly and independently 
• Strong understanding of numbers and very good strategic skills 
• Distinct analytical and conceptual skills as well as a careful, structured and solution-oriented way of working 
• Verbal and written fluency in German and English 
• Very good skills in MS Office 
• Ideally prior work experience through relevant internships in private equity or related sectors (transaction services, strategy consulting, investment banking)

Your tasks:

• Close alignment with the other team members and external service providers of the company 
• Sourcing, researching and identifying potential new investment opportunities 
• Supporting the execution of growth equity investments, i.e. compile financial models, commercial and financial due diligence and preparing presentations and executive summaries 
• Assisting in the fulfillment of all other topics, also ad-hoc 
• Working highly independently on the different projects but can always approach a senior colleague

• You are completing business studies with a focus on finance and accounting 
• First internship(s) in investment banking, private equity, consulting, audit / accounting 
• Very good knowledge of excel and powerpoint 
• Proven track record of personal, professional and academic achievements 
• Strong understanding of numbers and very good strategic skills 
• Distinct analytical and conceptual skills as well as a careful, structured and solution-oriented way of working 
• Interest in renewable power generation, hydrogen production and usage as well as energy storage and transportation 
• High level of commitment, initiative and resilience 
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
